Our Processes — Inspecting

Your components do not leave our facility without a thorough inspection. We utilize optical comparators with up to 100x magnification, video microscopes with up to 560x magnification, digital micrometers accurate within .00005”, and laser micrometers accurate within .00001”.

Our engineering team has the ability to meet your thin wall specifications, or if your material requirements call for tubing we can accommodate as well.
