Our Laser Welding System has the ability to drop a bead a small as .008 in diameter on the surface of any material. When welding two items together there is a general rule that the two materials must be from the same family due to the nature of melting points. The addition of this ability has definitely been an asset with the products that we manufacture for the endoscopic, neurological, spinal, and cardiovascular markets. | ||

Our
Assembly Department was outsourcing our laser work, which was creating
a delay in final product being shipped. This increase in lead time was
creating a problem for our customers: to solve this problem the Principals
at Pulse decided to become more self sufficient and purchased a Laser
Welding System. This addition has been a great value with regards to
price, lead-time and quality which we have gladly passed onto our customers.
